    No complaints from me on Darby joining this match, but Danny G woulda been a great fit, as he has strong ties to both FTR and Danielson, and I woulda loved for him to get this spotlight too. Oh well.

    Garcia's presence is one of the things that softens the blow of Ricky leaving, as they are of a similar ilk in my mind. Ricky has the better presence, Garcia the better wrestler, but a similar swagger about them.

    All things considered though, if he's done then he's leaving behind a decent AEW legacy. - FTW Champion - Tag Team Champion - Owen Hart Cup winner - Had Sting's first match back and his second to last match ever - feuded for the World Title - went over both Jericho and Punk

    It can't be denied that he was worthy of it at some point or another, sadly the stars didn't align on it. It's possible that injury troubles could have ruined that possibly as well, since TK was obviously keen to push him.

    He could be being 100% truthful and AEW are just dropping the ball, but I think there's also a good chance he's leaving out vital info, such as, perhaps, his contract is about to end and he's not gonna re-sign, so they're not bothering with him.

    Haven't been to Iowa but my family is from West Virginia and yeah... there might be a few decent towns and the nature is majestic af but societally, it's not a place I'd advise anyone go to visit, let alone live.
