    Perhaps having a list of rules ( I know it should be necessary) but with specifics of what won't be tolerated in a game should be listed? Sometimes I've seen someone call for a mod to get involved and the mod says nothing in response so that could appear as favortism perhaps a ruling either way...

    But calling for the new head to preferrably be a WC guy is marking a clear distinction too. If it's just for desire to recruit people the WC guys that are here still playing will relay it to the ones that aren't. I mean I have no skin in this game cause I think they joined in my second game...

    What about 2 or 3 ? WC guy, WS Guy, random other person. It's not always WC vs WS either.And I do believe the idea of a Jail system would be beneficial. If you hit 3 warnings over 3 games you have to sit out a game or two. There's also a problem when if your playing a game and try to say hey...
