Well if the reports are true that WWE are starting to get closer to Hulk again he might be in the game but pre order bonus not a chance.

I don't think cause he was Special Edition few years back when Sting was the Pre-Order bonus.

I really don't think a cover guy is the answer. A symbol, a logo, or an engraving of a fetish, would be a much better choice.
