could be as simple as Matt was friends with Bray and is happy to promote stuff. Also there's more to Matt than just the Broken Woken stuff, and if we're being honest, is a pretty good talker and would theoretically be good mouth piece or manager in my opinion.

I disagree he would stick out and he has a history with Bray so it would make kayfabe sense as well
you're right. I just worry that if they put Matt Hardy in the group he would overshadow his companions. I can't see Regular Matt Hardy fitting in. While Broken Matt would kinda-sorta fit with this stuff, but Broken Matt Hardy is a leader not a follower.
Also, while I agree he'd be a good mouthpiece/manager, I worry he's too freshly active and both sides would have an itch to compete.

some pretty fair points, and I agree I think "regular" Matt would work and that Broken Matt would be a bit distracting and too over the top for the vibes I think they'll try to pull. I do think a brooding more serious Matt would be aces though
