WOW that was the worst second round i have ever seen. It was embarrassing. The second they were announcing the fights i knew it was kimbo. Thats why they announced it at the end of last nights episode intead of at the beggining of next weeks.
Hopefully kimbo wins this fight...
This is probably one of the best looking fight night cards in a while. I would really love to see melvin guillard, huerta and credeur win.
Guillard has won two in a row and he's one of my favorite fighters so another win would probably earn him a fight against a higher level opponent.
Honestly I'm super excited for this fight. This is a foty candidate. Both guys have mutual respect for each other as competitors and both guys seem pretty pumped for this fight. Kennys my favorite fighter in the ufc and im really hopeing that he wins the title.
Honestly the guy is one of the best p4p fighters in the world, his last and only loss was in 2003 and he's only 28 years old. the guy is consistently putting up great fights and he loves the sport.
I still don't think cain deserves a title shot, he didn't look great against Kongo and brock would destroy him. Brock would destroy him on the feet and cains stron point is his wrestling and i think brocks ground game is alot better.
Honestly this is the most logical matchup left. Tito is a big draw and apparently they want to get belfort to fight hendo at this card. It makes sense since Rich wants to stay at 205, tito fights at 205 hendo wants to stay at 185 and belfort fights at 185
Mir could take this fight no problem IF he decides to stick to his gameplan and take it to the ground. Kongo has a week ground game but his striking is probably one of the best in the HW division. If Mir makes the mistake of trying to stand with kongo he's toast. I hate Mir so I'm hoping Kongo...
The debut of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 10 is not for another three months — September 16, 2009 to be exact — but the roster of fighters is starting to fill out. The list includes a former IFL champion, several NFL players, a few UFC veterans and one YouTube phenomenon for good measure...
My thoughts on the PPV.
Hardy vs Davis
This was the second best fight of the night. Back an forth action all the way through. In the end the better man won. Hardy showed alot of respect and after the fight was very humble. On the other hand what davis did shocked me and I lost a lot of respect...
The UFC doesn't make shirts for individual fighters. Tapout and Affliction makes shirts so thats irrelevant.
First of all Mainstream doesn't have to do with money it has to to with popularity. If the UFC decided to put on 30 shows a month that would make them more mainstream then? and your...
First off it would depend if they fought at a catchweight or at Middleweight. At MW i think silva would take it but it would be a really close fight. At say 178 LBS i think GSP would take it. Gsp has the best wrestling in the ufc and we haven't seen silva fight off his back yet. Either way this...
I'm pretty sure WWE makes more money off PPV buy than DVD's.
And the WWE sells more DVD's because they don't replay their events on FREE tv whereas the UFC shows old events on spike about twice a month.
IMO the only people I've seen wearing WWE shirts are people at WWE events.
The fighters...
First of all you just showed me who has sold more DVD's THIS WEEK.
Second of all PPV revenues are much more important than DVD revenues.
Third if you want to talk about merchandise. You see a shitload more people walking around on the streets wearing Tapout or Affliction tshirts than a john...
