    WCW too, I believe in all 3 cases they couldn't get people to look past them as "dead brands" after the sale to get any media deals

    I wouldnt read too much into it tbh. They seem to have more of a plan, but these types of acquisitions where the one bought is going to be kept operating as a seprate entity almost never pan out, whether wrestling or MMA. But we'll see, power to them if it works
