MONDAY NIGHT RAW
The show kicked off with the usual combination of opening video package and theme song. Then we cut to the commentary table where the announce team consisting of Corey Graves and Michael Cole welcomed the WWE Universe to the show.
WWE Intercontinental Champion Dean Ambrose(c) faced off with one third of the Lucha House Party Lince Dorado in a one on one match. It was a Championship Eliminator match meaning it was a non-title contest, yet if Dorado was able to get the win he would earn a title shot. The former aka Ambrose would get the win by way of pinfall after he hit an Elevated Double Underhook DDT.
Backstage RAW GM Kurt Angle announced that the winner of Alexa Bliss versus Ruby Riot would go on to challenge Ronda Rousey(c). For the WWE RAW Women’s Championship at the 2019 Royal Rumble pay per view.
Ruby Riot with her Riot Squad stablemates Liv Morgan and Sarah Logan in her corner faced off with Alexa Bliss. In a number one contender(s) match where the winner would earn a shot at the WWE RAW Women’s Championship. It looked like Bliss was going to get the win after laying her opponent out and then climbing to one of the top turnbuckles. From here she proceeded to launch herself off in the form of an attempted Twisted Bliss only for Riot to move out of the way. Riot got back to her feet and dragged her opponent up and hit Running Riot for the pin.
COMMERCIAL
Backstage RAW GM Kurt Angle announced a fatal four way number one contender match. Between the quartet of Finn Balor, Kevin Owens, Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins, Not only would the winner be the number one contender but they would face Braun Strowman at the Rumble for the title.
The duo of Bobby Lashley and Lio Rush competed in a tag team match. Their opponents? Heath Slater and the “Man Beast” Rhyno who tried their best. In the end though Lashley tore through Slater with a vicious Spear which led to the pin.
Backstage WWE Intercontinental Champion Dean Ambrose was walking along when he found his path blocked by Jinder Mahal and Drew McIntyre. Who both challenged him to match for the title next week, Ambrose laughed and made a joke about them reforming 3MB. Then shouldered his way past both men and said he looked for to kicking their asses next week.
A debuting Aleister Black took on No Way Jose and damn near kicked his head off. How did he do this you might ask? By attempting and successfully hitting the Black Mass which culminated with the pin.
COMMERCIAL
The reigning and defending WWE RAW Tag Team Champions Gloriously Gable(c) faced off with Breezango in a title match. In the end it would be Chad Gable to got the win for his team. He trapped Tyler Breeze in the Gable Lock leaving the latter no choice but to submit.
Backstage pre-recorded promos from the trios of Finn Balor, Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins and Baron Corbin & the Authors of Pain aired.

Finally six man tag team action closed the show, as the trio of soon to be opponents of Finn Balor, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns faced Baron Corbin and the Authors of Pain. Due to a miscommunication between Reigns and Balor, Corbin was able to capitalize by rolling Reigns up for the pin.

FRIDAY NIGHT SMACKDOWN
The commentary team consisted of Aiden English and Tom Phillips
The opening contest was a men’s division number one contender match. Where the winner would go onto the WWE Royal Rumble ppv to challenge Daniel Bryan(c) for the WWE Championship. The field of competitors consisted of AJ Styles, Jeff Hardy, Kofi Kingston, Shinsuke Nakamura and Samoa Joe. It ended when the “King of Strong Style” aka Nakamura hit a Kinshasa on Joe for the pin.
Backstage Rey Mysterio challenged WWE United States Champion Rusev(c) to a championship eliminator match which the latter agreed to.
The Uso’s faced off with SaNiTy members Alexander Wolfe and Killian Dain in tag team action. The brother duo of Jimmy and Jey isolated Wolfe and hit a Double Superkick with Jey getting the pin.

Backstage SD GM WWE Hall of Famer Edge announced a triple threat number one contender(s) match between Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair and Naomi for next week. Where the winner would earn a shot at the WWE Smackdown Women’s Championship at the Royal Rumble
Mandy Rose accompanied by Sonya Deville faced Carmella in single’s action. In the end it would be the former aka Rose who got the win thanks to a distraction from Deville at ringside.
COMMERCIAL
WWE SD Tag Team Champions the Bar(c) were confronted by the Usos who challenged them to a title match next week. Cesaro stated they could have a championship eliminator match.
WWE US Champion Rusev with Lana(c) defeated Rey Mysterio in a Championship Eliminator match. He did this by trapping his opponent in the Accolade and Mysterio tapped out.
