The promotion was back inside Cicero Stadium just outside of Chicago on Sunday, October 22. Matches taped at the show include Will Ospreay vs. Josh Alexander and Jonathan Gresham vs. Alex Shelley.

- PCO, Jake Something, Mike Bailey, and Johnny Swinger defeated The Good Hands (John Skyler & Jason Hotch), Champagne Singh, and Jai Vidal in a Thanksgiving Special Match
- PCO pinned Vidal so now Vidal must wear the turkey suit.
- Tasha Steelz defeated Deonna Purrazzo
- Digital Media Champion Tommy Dreamer defeated Crazzy Steve to retain his title
- Brian Myers defeated Joe Hendry
- Eric Young defeated Eddie Edwards
- Dirty Dango & Oleg Prudius defeated Storm Grayson and ???
- Impact World Champion Alex Shelley defeated Jonathan Gresham to retain his title
- Moose defeated Heath
- Moose and Brian Myers attacked Heath after the match. Rhino came out to make the save.
- Impact Tag Team Champions Chris Bey & Ace Austin defeated Kenny King & Sheldon Jean to retain their titles
- Black Taurus, Juventud Guerrera, & Laredo Kid defeated The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz, Myron Reed & Trey Miguel)
- Bully Ray & Jordynne Grace defeated KiLynn King & Steve Maclin
- Trinity defeated Sonny Kiss
- Will Ospreay defeated Josh Alexander
- After the match, Ospreay said Alexander would be great in a G1.
- Ospreay also said he wants to wrestle for TNA before his NJPW contract expires in February.
