[BGCOLOR=rgb(79, 38, 131)]The Minnesota Vikings[/BGCOLOR]
Starting Over
August 2020
In a shocking move by the Wilf family, they have decided to sell the Minnesota Vikings to a new majority owner, Scott Anderson, in the fall of 2020. With the approval of all 31 other owners and commissioner Roger Goodell, the final transactions were made on August 20th, several days before the beginning of the Vikings' 2021 pre-season. With the change came a major change in the administration of the organization. Anderson's first move was the removal of Rick Spielman as the Minnesota Vikings' General Manager and his personal installation into the position.
Some things seemingly stay the same, however, as Scott Anderson also proclaimed that Mike Zimmer would remain as the Minnesota Vikings' head coach. What this means for the Vikings with a new man in charge is anyone's guess, perhaps they are attempting to "tank" this season and acquire a prize in the next year's draft. This is anyone's guess, one thing is certain though... The Minnesota Vikings are starting over.
