I'd be interested to see how many MiTB DVD's are sold though, because they're a better price and I can imagine they flew off the shelves once people heard about how good it was.
I can help with that too more for MITB in 2011 than 2010 thats for sure heres the numbers

To update, the Blu-ray edition of Capitol Punishment 2011 has been removed from the WWE schedule (North America) that we have access to. We also noticed recently that Money in the Bank 2011 on Blu-ray has also been taken off there.
Quick check of Amazon reveals the Capitol Punishment Blu-ray is now listed as “unavailable” rather than stating a release date.
Our guess is just like for the European market, these Blu-rays have been cancelled because of poor sales performance of PPVs on the format. We’ll let you know if anything changes.
