The Next Gen?

Brian Pillman Jr and Davey Boy Smith Jr make their way to the ring, and they talk about how it's been nice to team together, and to travel up together. But they go on to say that it's time to take things to another level, to go above and beyond that. They said just like them, this guy they are going to bring out next want to say they are better than their parents, in fact, they are more...PERFECT than their pants, and bring out Joe Hennig. Joe makes his way down to the ring, shaking their hands as they all stand in the ring with each other, as fans boo.

Rating: 48

Anna Jay vs Zeda Zhang-Women's Title Match Round 1

In an opening round match for the MLW Women's Championship Tournament, Anna Jay and Zeda Zhang lock up, and have a pretty decent showing against each other. After going close to 11 mintues, Anna Jay gets a surprise roll up on Zeda for the win.

Rating: 47

The Rascalz vs The Von Erichs(c)- MLW World Tag Team Championships

This match was a really amazing tag team match, and the crowd was super into it, both teams looking great, and putting on one hell of a show for the crowd not only in the arena, but for those at home as well. It seemed as if The Von Erich's were going to be able to put away the Rascalz, but in the end, Dez was able to pin Marshall and win the MLW World Tag Team Titles for him and Wentz

Rating: 67

Filthy Promo

We get a promo package from Flithy Tom, talking about the upcoming PPV, and how he'll be back, and plans on winning the show's opening battle royal, to see who will face Jacob Fatu in the main event that night, for the MLW World TItle. Not much more to talk about here.

Rating: 49

Lio Rush vs Chris Bey

In a match that could've been better, but wasn't that bad either, Lio Rush and Chris Bey took each other to the limit, really putting everything they had into this performance to try and steal the show. Chris Bey was about half a second away from picking up the win at one point, before Lio was able to kick out, which led to him hitting Dragon's Call, and getting the win via pinfall.

Rating: 49

Joe Hennig vs Simon Gotch

In the main event of the evening, Joe Hennig tok on Simon Gotch, in a match that was only kind of good, but surely not anywhere near match of the night, which if MLW wants to put some chips behind Joe Hennig they better hope he can produce better than this. He ended up winning by pinfall to close out the night.

Rating: 42

So, I need a name for my new stable. I know Pillman and Smith Jr are the Hart Foundation, but I'm not trying to keep that as the name for the stable. As you can see, it's kind of like a Legacy Group, but I can't really call them that since WWE used it and I'm trying to not do anything that's too unrealistic here lol.
Project Birthright. OMB used it already but I gave it to him so I consider it to still be my intellectual property.

MLW Saturday Night SuperFight 2020

Myron Reed(c) vs Juventud Guerrero- MLW Middleweight Championship

In a pretty decent match to open the show, Myron Reed and Juventud had a pretty good back and forth match with each other, with Reed having a little bit more of the upper hand the more the match went on. Finally being able to put away the win, and retain his MLW Middleweight Championship after a Colored Splash

Rating: 45

The Rascalz(c) vs The Von Erichs- MLW World Tag Team Championships

In the rematch for the Von Erichs, the crowd was really into the match, as both teams once again gave it everything they had to come out on top, with so many close pin falls, and false finishes that the crowd was on the edge of their seat the entire time, just ready to see who could pull off the win. after close to 18 mins, The Rascalz would retain their titles.

NWA/MLW?

Court Bauer announces that we will see TWO NWA Titles on the line here tonight, with the NWA TV Title match coming up next, before an NWA World Title match later on tonight

Rating: 17(I need to sign someone to be the on screen guy cause, this ain't working lol)

Low-Ki vs Brody King vs Laredo Kid vs Ace Austin- NWA Television Championship

This match was really good, you had Ace Austin who was on loan to MLW with the partnership with Impact that recemtly was announced, and then some MLW mainstays all fighting over the NWA TV Title, in what was a really decent and fun match. All four men truly wanted to win the match and walk away with the title, but when the smoke cleared Brody King hit a Gonzo Bomb on Low-Ki and was able to pick up the win, and the NWA TV Title

Rating: 54

Serena Deeb vs Melina Perez- MLW Women's Championship Tournament Match

This was the first of two matches tonight in the Tournament, and it was a pretty decent one, not to bad and the crowd seem to enjoy it for what it was, not really much to say as the match wasn't to long, Melina was able to pull of what many are calling an upset victory to advance.

Rating: 45

Alex Hammerstone(c) vs Logan Creed- MLW Openweight Championship

Well, this match was the worst match up to this point, with the crowd not really caring about the match, only getting excited for a couple of spots that was there. But in the end, Alex Hammerstone retained his title.

Rating: 39

Kiera Hogan vs Priscilla Kelly- MLW Women's Championship Tournament Match

In the second first-round matchup of the night, this match was seen as poor, and the crowd just wasn't at all into it, thankfully it was a quick one, with Kiera Hogan getting the win and moving on to round 2

Rating: 35

Joe Hennig vs Simon Gotch

This match got things going back in the right direction, as Hennig and Gotch really giving the crowd a good match, that pumped some life back into them. Both men seemed to have the match won a couple of times, but Joe Hennig was able to pick up the W.

Rating: 54

Danny Limelight vs Lio Rush

This match was seen as decent, and the crowd was into it in the late stages of the match, as they knew the end was coming and wanted to see who would be able to pull off the win. In the end, Lio Rush was able to grab victory.

Rating: 46

Nick Aldis(c) vs King Mo- NWA World Championship Match

This was a decent match, and at one point King Mo was half a second away from pulling off the win, and becoming NWA Champion, BUT it was not meant to be, as Nick Aldis was able to pick up the victory and retain his Championship.

Rating: 41

Match Hype: Jacob Fatu vs Filthy Tom

We get a video that hypes the upcoming Main Event, and the crowd didn't seem to care.

Rating: 29

Jacob Fatu(c) vs Filthy Tom- MLW World Championship

The match slightly made up for the hype video, and sort of got the crowd back into it. The match was pretty good, as both men wanted to walk away with the victory here tonight, and wasn't going to lay down easily. But when the smoke cleared, Jacob Fatu pulled off the win, to retain his title.

Rating: 44

Celebration cut short.

Fatu is celebrating the win, when outcomes Joe Hennig to attack him with a weapon, before cracking him over the head with the MLW World Title, to close out the PPV.

Rating: 41

Overall Rating: 47

Disclaimer: Again, a reminder for the Women's Title Tournament, I' not picking winners in any matches. So, where I don't like some of the results of it, I do want to see who ends up winning it.

Killer Kelly vs Diamante- MLW Women's Title Tournament

This was a pretty decent match to open the show with, the fans seemed to enjoy it a little bit, and showcased both women quite well. In the end, Diamante picked up the win to advance to round 2.

Rating: 44

JR Kratos vs Calvin Tankman

This match was okay, and kind of cooled the crowd down a little bit, but it wasn't a really bad match either. For the little time it was given, both men looked strong out there. In the end, JR Kratos picked up the W.

Rating: 37

FATU IS PISSSSSED!

Jacob Fatu is shown in his locker room, pissed off as his MLW World Title has been stolen from him. He can be heard saying as he left the locker room he had a great idea of who took the title.

Rating: 37

Ace Austin vs Laredo Kid

This match was great and really showcased how great both men are. Ace Austin, here on loan from Impact right now, ended up picking up the win in a little under 10 mins.

Rating: 51

BEAT DOWN!

The camera quickly cuts backstage where Joe Hennig, Davey Boy Smith Jr, and Brian Pillman Jr are beating down Jacob Fatu, with the MLW World TItle laying over on the floor. Once done, Hennig picks up the title and walks off with Smith and Pillman Jr.

Rating: 37

Lio Rush vs Chris Sabin

The match was good, and the crowd was into it, they just wish it had gone on a little longer. They also didn't really seem to click, which threw the match off a little bit. In the end, Chris Sabin picked up the win.

Rating: 39

Overall Rating: 41

note: not really in the mood to color code this one, the show really just didn't come off great :lol most of the segments bombed, and Ace vs Kid is what saved it honestly from being rated even lower.

A lot of these women matches have shocked me with the ratings they've gotten tbh. 4 more first round matches to go.

Those stories are dumb af, the trigger is just when a company drops in size which depending on how the company is actually set up is mostly meaningless lmao WWE for one it's meaningless if they're medium or big in America bc they have such popularity in other countries regardless
