Make it possible to block/ignore list staff members, quite frankly not interested in having to read what some of them have to say
In your example I wouldn't read any PM they sent me anyway though? There's a multitude of reasons why that would be fairly undoable, tbh. I do believe blocking and ignoring staff members disables them from being able to send PMs and other necessities that might be needed.

I mean, that's your prerogative, I just don't think it can feasibly be done, but that's up to Smark.
In other places it has been done before. I remember somewhere else a Mod called me a "Baby Killer " and I was allowed to block him. If staff had to contact the person, an unblocked staff member could just send the message.
Yeah I think there are definitely circumstances where this should absolutely be implemented. In your example I think that falls closely under harassment and demodding was probably more appropriate. I do think being able to block/ignore is a good middle ground though which enables everyone to have a positive experience on the site without having to take any extreme measures. In other places it has been done before. Could be on different forum systems. I'm not really claiming to be an expert on the subject though.
Oh I'm far from a Tech Guy myself. However, if Smark wanted to do it, he would know how. He could run a Tech Company if he wanted too.

Could easily just skip over it to be fair. I don’t put anyone on ignore, because I wanna be able to make sure they aren’t doing anything wrong(tho I’m pretty relaxed, maybe tooooo relaxed) but if I can tell no fighting is going on, I just skip post of people sometimes I don’t care to read. It’s harder for sure, but if you care enough it’s doable.

i've been skipping over it for a while though if that was enough I wouldn't be making a suggestion. Of course it's doable but it definitely isn't optimal.
I’ll level with you.
I can understand your reason, back in the day on an old forum I was on about actually more than 10 years ago, I had staff I didn’t wanna see, or deal with. Only problem is those staff members did way worse than what any staff here does. But again I understand where you are coming from. But here lies the problem. If you are told to knock it off, it’s harder to see, and if you can’t see it, you keep doing it, you keep doing it, you get in trouble, and that causes a bigger issue. We would have to rely on someone else there, who’s also staff to say something. Which could be done easily, but I feel it’s up to the person who runs the section to lay down the rule, and then maybe also one of the Super Mods or well here Supervisors. Which then, that becomes a problem as you could just ignore anyone who tells you to follow the rules.
So it’s a double edged sword. On one hand, yes you should be able to ignore someone who you don’t wanna see, but at the same time you need to be able to see the things a staff member says, in case it’s something important. So it’s a very slippery slope that could lead to problems.
