Oklahoma's Athletic Commission warns AEW over using Nyla Rose in their state

This is the number one of 1 million reasons why there needs to be a change in the law that gets pro wrestling out the hands of athletic commissions because they’re not legitimate sports.
Obviously I know why they did this (because they're transphobic fucks that deserve to rot in hell. But what is their rationale? Do they claim the matches are intergender because Nyla was assigned male at birth? If so then fuck them and book an entire show of intergender matches. Then have Nyla Rose wrestle another trans wrestler in the main event. See what they hate about the show and tell them to fuck right off.

Yeah I keep forgetting that these athletic commissions don't realize that it's a fucking work.
Like I was saying, we really need to get pro wrestling declassified as legit sports and remove from the purview of athletic commissions. Each state has their own made up list of rules and so many of them are so arbitrary when it comes to pro wrestling it’s hilarious.
Plus you can thank Ian Rotten for getting blood in wrestling banned in Kentucky because the athletic commission still controls that state too.
I just wanna say I’m proud of the community (not just here, but overall) because I’ve not seen anyone taking the side of the OSAC. I’m sure they probably are some, but it seems to be so little that I haven’t seen it yet.
