For some reason my thread got deleted so I never got a chance to see what you guys think, I've fixed the spelling mistake so here it is.

Not a fan of this one as much.

The background is something that doesn't click to me and the text either.

I'm really not a fan of the background here, it just doesn't fit really. Try keeper a plain white background and throwing on a few brushes and textures. I don't really like how the text is behind the render either, it should be smaller and in front of the render. However, the blending is fairly good and it's not bad overall.
