Backstory:

Chris and his twin brother (Drew) used to compete together as 'The Disco Warriors', a team through which they both showed off their natural athleticism and their main passion, other than wrestling - Disco. Their love for disco spawned from their father, legendary disco performer and wrestler "Dazzling" Dave Peacock, and their act was a tribute to his career. Unfortunately, Drew suffered a career-ending ankle injury in a rollerskating accident during an entrance. Whilst Drew turned his back on his brother, wrestling and disco, Chris decided to take on both his and his brother's dreams to bring disco back and become a champion, as 'Disco's Last Warrior'. Chris competed in Season Two of Ground Zero and just missed out on earning an FWA contract, however his connection with the fanbase led to him being asked to join the roster anyway. Chris joined the roster as an ally of his Ground Zero mentor, ‘Rockstar’ Randy Ramon.

Chris quickly established himself as someone on the roster not to be taken lightly, becoming Gauntlet Champion and then X Champion within six months of joining the FWA, bringing in the hapless Allen Price as his manager. A 4th place in his first Carnal Contendership caused people to realise that he had the potential to become a star in the FWA. It was in the summer of 2021 that Peacock found himself feuding with J.J. JAY! and his stable of Cthulhu’s Nephews over the X Championship. This feud culminated in a Cosmic Playground match - the first ever - which Peacock was unsuccessful in leading a team which included his brother and best friends (The Diamond Dogs).

The feud with the Nephews caused a shift in Peacock’s personality, as he became more ruthless and frustrated in the ring whilst falling at the final hurdle in various attempts to earn a shot at the FWA World Championship. This frustration led to Chris adopting an alter ego, which he dubbed ‘The Boogie Man’. Under this persona, Chris would go to extreme lengths not to just win his matches, but hurt his opponents. He believed that he needed to do this as it was this edge that he lacked which caused him to fall short in his endeavours. Whilst this brought victories, it did caused a lot of the goodwill that Peacock had built up with the fans to erode.

This culminated at the King of Death Match tournament, where Peacock surprisingly fell in the first round and this was viewed as a comeuppance for turning his back on the fans and becoming consumed with success and causing injury. Since then, Peacock has been working hard to win back the support of the fans. Something which helped Peacock endear himself back to the FWA faithful was when he assisted Danny Toner in the 2022 Carnal Contendership match against the Nephews, and came runner up to his close friend in Toner.

At the same time, a feud had been bubbling between Peacock and Devin Golden - the long-time partner of Randy Ramon. Peacock felt betrayed by Golden Rock when Golden feigned a retirement to continue teaming with Ramon under masks as Osos Locos in late 2021, when Peacock had spent a lot of time supporting Ramon after Golden’s apparent departure. Many verbal barbs were exchanged between Peacock and Golden for months, but things escalated when Peacock - deep into his ‘Boogie Man’ phase - cost Golden Rock the tag titles by hitting Ramon with a chair. Golden’s (defunct) FWA World Championship was stolen ahead of Back in Business, and Peacock was the prime suspect. Peacock convinced Golden the truth that he was innocent en route to defeating Golden at Back in Business XVI.

Peacock took a break from Fallout during the secession period from the FWA, following the formation of the Executive Excellence stable and the revelation that Danny Toner was responsible for the theft of Golden’s title, and he had allowed Peacock to be the fall guy and blamed. Peacock returned following the 17th Anniversary Show and staked his claim to winning the Golden Opportunity briefcase at Lights Out, vowing that he would cash in the shot on Toner and destroy Executive Excellence.

I will write this when I can be bothered.
