Netflix has been nothing short of amazing with their own shows. Both seasons of Daredevil were absolutely amazing. I didn't like Jessica Jones all that much but that is because I can't really stand Kristen Ritter. Super excited for Luke Cage though. The stuff I have seen online with it seem likes they stuck to the character really well. And I liked him in Jessica Jones.

I'm hoping for a good focus on Hellcat for season 2. They really got it going with Trish. And hopefully Will becomes the bad guy in it. I would love to see him as Nuke and the main villain.

As far as Kilgrave goes. I liked the way David Tenant played him, I just never liked him as a villain.

Jessica Jones was a huge step down from Daredevil.

I liked it, but not nearly as much.

Killgrave was the saving grace.

Also, we don't need a Luke Cage series...he was basically be Costar with Jessica Jones.

Would rather see Iron Fist and a Punisher series.

Iron Fist will be coming soon. They are currently filming or just finished filming. Punisher would be awesome to have but not sure that they are going to do it. Luke Cage is awesome and needs to have a show focused on him.

I'm just excited for The Defenders. If they do less than 20 episodes though, it will feel too rushed.

Yeah, he's awesome but we don't need and entire luke cage series...he's already been built and established on a show, so after iron fist just go strait to the Defenders.

That was my point.

I'm afraid his series would be a bit "meh" like Jessica Jones was outside of a few episodes.

I'm listening.

Fans of Daredevil have been wondering about the character’s fate for a few years now, with the Netflix series “Daredevil” wrapping up after three seasons back in 2018. More recently, series star Charlie Cox popped back up as Matt Murdock in Marvel’s Spider-Man: No Way Home, and now it looks like the character is once again headed back to the small screen.

Variety reports this afternoon that a new “Daredevil” project is in development for Disney+, with Matt Corman and Chris Ord (“Covert Affairs”) set to write and executive produce.

Variety notes, “It now appears that the project is picking up steam with the hiring of Corman and Ord, although Marvel has yet to announce anything regarding the show formally.”

Will the Disney+ “Daredevil” series have anything to do with the Netflix series? And will Charlie Cox be back to reprise the role of Matt Murdock/Daredevil? We don’t know at this time.

Stay tuned for more as we learn it.

Marvel characters including Daredevil, Punisher and Jessica Jones originally had a small screen home on Netflix, but Disney+ will now be the official home of all things Marvel.
