the WS HOF for wrestlers or the WS member HOFWell you probably missed it when you had me on ignore but I also complained about the kind of people they let in the Hall of Fame on this board
Chris confirming we don't need to treat staff different or listen to them ever
I didn't say listen ya fuck
But yes I've always butted heads with this lol I don't think staff deserves any extra respect just for being staff, I think you should respect staff like you would a regular member and no one should be warned for saying something to staff that we wouldnt warn them for if they said to a regular member.
But likewise Ive never believed in this "higher standard" for staff either, if we allow heated conversations staff can be involved too, they are not required to always be peacemaker when they have strong opinions.
Not that I think either have actually been an issue on this site tho, we tend to just operate all as friends like 95% of the time
Which Hall of Fame?
I’ve always said you don’t have to treat staff any differently than you would any other member in general. If you’re having a discussion or difference of opinions, we’re all just members. However, if you’re being given a direct, please don’t do this directive in a section that they have authority over then yes we do want you to listen to them as staff only specifically in situations where they're asserting authority to run the forum.Chris confirming we don't need to treat staff different or listen to them ever

Dale‘s not perfect by any stretch but that man has been here since day one and probably does at least the third of the work of the forum and probably receives the least amount of thanks of anyone on staff.
