He was awful as HC as Texans head coach. I do hope he'll never coach an NFL team again.

Now he works for Saban as Bama's offensive coordinator. I admit, he's good at being OC, Bama's offense was very efficient. But he needs to let Bryce Young throw the ball deep more.
