Confirmed. Xfinity at 11AM, Cup at 3. Glad they made the call. The 600 is too big of a race to mess up. Don’t need people there til 2 AM trying to get the race in, and sure don’t need to split it across 2 days. They can work tonight to dry the track, let the Xfinity guys get some rubber down, and then we can have one of the biggest 3-4 races of the year.

Kyle Busch isn’t running the Xfinity race tomorrow. He will be replaced by Justin Haley. Haley and Ty Gibbs will be running 900 miles if they complete both races.

That’s wild. Like not a lot of time between races.

Not at all. Haley is 24 and Gibbs is 20. Gonna be tough on them, but I get Busch not wanting to do that at 38.
As an aside, this will be the most miles at any track on a single day in NASCAR history.

I’m assuming they’ll hook them both up to IVs between races. Several years back when Tony Stewart did the Indy 500/Coke 600 double, he got fluids in the helicopter.
