I wasn’t on to do the live count of Paul Tracy incidents on the season, but based on texts from my dad, there were 4 more. Bringing the number of Paul Tracy incidents in 3 RACES to….

Alright, that truck race happened. Kyle Busch jumped to the lead and won... When does the SRX race start?

Being serious, seeing Bowyer racing is awesome. I am sour at how it felt like they played follow the leader for most of that race with Stewart and Kyle Busch but there was a lot of action behind the leader going on. I actually want to like Paul Tracy but he does end up in a lot of incidents. Hopefully Schrader keeps going. It is nice to see Stewart joking around with Newman. The two OG drivers of SHR.

So is Paul Tracy just a reckless driver?

I don't think that Paul Tracy is reckless. He just always ends up involved in the wrecks and then doesn't admit to being at fault after. lol They would have told him to chill out after awhile if he was being reckless I would think because it is getting to the point of being a consistent thing.

Speaking of whom.... Tony Stewart said something interesting. We may not be seeing Paul Tracy in SRX Racing for much longer.




I also hate seeing Newgarden not have much luck in SRX so far.

Yea, at least he is in SRX. Idk much about his history outside of this. I don’t think he takes it seriously, so he just plows his way through the field every week. Schrader apparently said last night that he’s done with the series because of Tracy

Yeah, he said as long as he’s racing, he’s done.

I’m hoping that he’s gone before next week. It’d be a shame to lose someone as respected as Schrader in order to keep a guy who hits everything on the track in Tracy.

At some point, the owners (Tony Stewart in particular) are going to need to have a look at the balance sheet and see if Tracy's antics are really worth the money that they are spending on having to repair so many vehicles.

Yeah from the wording sounds like it's an excuse to suspend him and then not bring him back next season.

Excellent news. The first couple races of Year 1, it was kinda funny. “Paul Tracy hitting shit” became a meme. Year 3, he obviously doesn’t care about the equipment or the other drivers. Get him the fuck out of the way before you start losing guys who love racing and have grass roots appeal to these live crowds who actually attend the SRX series.
